12pm

3 mins of shadowboxing
3 mins of heavybag
10 rounds of ringwork (sparring and/or mitts)

Rest 15-20 mins,
Stretch
Calisthenics
Finish with skipping drills
Stretch.
Now do this work out routine Monday through Friday and you will eventually notice the difference.
Basically bro the Peek-a-boo style is a style that can wear a weak man down easily for the movement this style desires takes allot out of a big man. Using a weight like a 25 pound one like Iron Mike did to utilize your sit ups with help you with the back muscle needed to control your side to side movement of the upper body also allowing you to control it when side stepping which is also used allot in this style.
Also keeping your hands high and close to your body is a must in order to perfect it. Practice throwing the jab accessively while holding your hand next to your face right above your chin and right below your cheek. Also try it while side stepping going into a full circle if you must. This defense demands that you become elusive to your opponent. Bobbing and weaving only gets you so far if you just stand in front of your opponent. Notice how Mike use to side step right on time and with his body control was able to deliver a power shot that came out of now where.
Now a great way to get started on Mike's combinations is to write down these numbers on a heavy bag and perfect them as combinations.
#1 was a left hook to the jaw; #2 a right hook to the jaw; #3 a left uppercut; #4 a right uppercut; #5 a left hook to the body; #6 a right hook to the body; #7 a jab to the head; and #8 a jab to the body.
One of Mike's favorite combinations was a #7+#6+#4= A combination never before seen utilized by any heavyweight in the history of heavy hitters! That is until Mike came along.
Memorize these numbers for they will help you on your way to becoming a great peek-a-boo master.
With your muscles you should mainly concern your upper body for the movement and your lower body for the control.
A good way to work out on your body movement and as well as your stamina is to hold a ten pound weight across your face with your hands holding onto it but in the peek-a-boo position then start bobbing and weaving while throwing a full circular motion in it. Do that for 3 minutes in your routine.
Honestly no book is good enough when trying to learn a grand style like D'amoto's peek-a-boo. The best way to do it and sense you want to do it like Mike is to use the same routine he did.
That is what I gave you, although the peek-a-boo style is great for being elusive it can be tiring if not in shape so make sure you stay in shape.
because this style is a defensive style you'll need to work on not dropping your arms for anything. Like I said using a weight to bob and weave with will give you better strength and make it easier for you to hold your hands up high and keep them that way.
You also need to work on throwing your hooks and upper cuts as well as straight/jabs whiling bobbing and weaving. Use a Maze ball to help you work on your bobbing and weaving while throwing punches. Using a Maze ball will help you with your countering for the ball will interpret a punch coming at you and you bobbing and weaving it and throwing counter punches.
Also tie a rope from one wall to the next with the perfect height to where you can duck under and over it. This will help you utilize throwing your punches coming forward while bobbing and weaving and keeping your hands at your face in position. In doing so you will also increase your stamina efficiently.
Hopes this helps just take your time and go by this routine and you should be good. Also like I said no book like the guy above me mentioned will help you in the end because specif ice routines that are done and accomplished so well can be something for everyone to look upon and try. For instance you want to be as quick and be able to bob and weave like Mike you have to be like Mike and there for you have to train like Mike. It is the only way you will fight like him in the end.

assuming you're right-handed)
1 - jab
2 - right cross
3 - left hook (head)
4 - right uppercut
5 - left uppercut
6 - right hook (head)
I think there's some variance from there, but here's what I've last been using:
7 - left hook (body)
8 - right hook (body)
9 - jab (body)
10 - overhand right
So a jab, cross, left hook combo would be a 1-2-3 and a left hook, cross, double-jab combo would be a 3-2-1-1, etc.
332(body body head) or 323(body head body) but thats all i know.
go on youtube.com and ul see tyson hitting the heavy bag.
his combo's are:
1. jab, straight right, bob to the right, bob to the left, left shot to the body, left hook to the face, weave to the right, weave to the left, bob to the right, bob to the left.
2. jab, straight right, left shot to the body, left hook to the face, same head movement as above after the left hook.
3. double jab, straight right, bob to the right, bob to the left.
4. double jab, bob to the left, bob to the right.
5. straight right, left body shot, bob to the left, bob to the right transitioned into a weave to the left.
